Barbara Morrison & Friends will present 2 days of jazz, gospel and blues in Leimert Park from Noon to 5 pm on Saturday, June 19th, and Sunday, June 20th. The Father's Day - Juneteenth Celebration will include performances by the Phil Wright Trio featuring Jai Jai Burton, Sweet Baby Jai, the Clarence Webb Quartet featuring Phyllis Battle, Chester Whitmore and his Opus One Band and Barbara Morrison herself. Musicial guests will appear on 2 stages: In the Courtyard, 4305 Degnan Blvd, and at the Lucy Florence Cultural Center, 3351 W. 43rd Street.
